1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoDM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoDM provides Instagram automation tools including automated direct message responses, comment-to-DM funnels, lead collection, and analytics. Our service operates through official Meta/Instagram APIs.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google authentication and connect your Instagram business or creator account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AutoDM in compliance with:

  • Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
  • Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies
  • All applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You may NOT use AutoDM to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Violate any person's intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that violates Meta's policies

5. Instagram API Compliance

Our Service relies on Meta's Instagram APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. We are not responsible for changes to Meta's APIs or policies that may affect Service availability or functionality.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AutoDM and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data processed through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
